Diddyq HQ privacy policy
Last updated 9 October 2026.
Diddyq HQ is a private personal dashboard. Its only user is the owner of the Google account that connects it. It is not offered to anyone else.
What it accesses
- Gmail: to read the owner's email, summarise it, file it into labels, archive it, and send emails only when the owner presses Send.
- Google Calendar: to show, create, change and remove the owner's events and reminders.
What it stores
For each email it stores the sender, subject, date and a one-line summary on a private server protected by login. It does not store full email bodies. Login codes and security emails are never read or summarised.
Sharing
Data is not sold, shared or used for advertising. To produce summaries, email text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API, which processes it under Anthropic's commercial terms and does not use it to train models. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
Access can be removed at any time from Google Account, Security, Third-party apps. Stored summaries are deleted after 30 days.
